So, despite planning things out so that I didn't get overwhelmed at the last minute, even sacrificing my dream cosplay, I wound up with three weeks to make four costumes. This while working a few days a week. My lineup settled on Korra from The Legend of Korra on Friday and Supergirl from Superman/Batman on Saturday. I realized yesterday that I'm not making anything Japanese and it's an anime convention and I felt like a failure but whatever. Then, my brother waited too long to order his costumes (which I hated the idea of anyway) so I promised him I would make his as well. He's going as Zaraki Kenpachi from Bleach and Seijuro Hiko from Rurou

So, sorry I haven't uploaded anything or really done anything with DA in forever (not that anyone actually minds), but last semester was hell. I took 19 credits, worked, still did karate for most of it, and planned my semester abroad, which I began last week. Anyone who has ever studied abroad can tell you that it is a pain in the ass setting everything up, especially since I didn't have an agency or anything. I did everything myself. And I still managed to pull off straight A's again. I'm a badass. Anyway, I write to you from my dorm in Brian Creamer House (yes, we've made the jokes already), looking out over Archbishop's park and waiting
